HR Manager / Recruitment Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the agency’s workforce is supported, engaged, and equipped to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Selection:
      • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified care professionals.
      • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ suitability, and make hiring recommendations.
      • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    2. Onboarding and Training:
      • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new care professionals.
      • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
      • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to care professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
    3. Employee Relations:
      • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
      • Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and staff retention.
      • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all.
    4. Performance Management:
      • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
      • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
      • Identify training and development needs to enhance the skills and capabilities of care professionals.
    5. Policy and Compliance:
      • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
      • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of employee records, contracts, and HR-related data.
      • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Requirements:

      • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the care or healthcare industry.
      • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
      • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
      • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.

Salary:

    • £38,000 Per Anum
