Health Care Training Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals.

    Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
    • Design and create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
  2. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
    • Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the learning experience and promote continuous improvement.
  3. Training Needs Assessment:
    • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs for their teams.
    • Analyze training evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and adapt training programs accordingly.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Training:
    • Ensure all healthcare professionals are trained and compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    • Develop and deliver training on topics such as HIPAA compliance, infection control, and patient safety.
    • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly.
  5. Training Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
    • Manage the learning management system (LMS), including course scheduling, enrollment, and reporting.
    • Coordinate external training resources and partnerships, when necessary.
  6. Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
    • Proficient in instructional design principles and multimedia training tools.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

    Salary:

    • £27500 per Anum
