HR Manager / Recruitment Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the agency’s workforce is supported, engaged, and equipped to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified care professionals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ suitability, and make hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Onboarding and Training:
- Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new care professionals.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to care professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and staff retention.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance the skills and capabilities of care professionals.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of employee records, contracts, and HR-related data.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Recruitment and Selection:
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the care or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
Salary:
- £38,000 Per Anum
